1. It is strictly prohibited to use the method of directly buried metal compensator deformation to adjust the installation deviation of the pipeline, so as not to affect the normal function of the directly buried corrugated compensator, reduce its service life, and increase the load on the pipeline system, equipment, and supporting components.
2. During the installation process, welding slag is not allowed to splash onto the surface of the wave shell, and other mechanical damage to the wave shell is not allowed.
3. Before installation, the model, specifications, and pipeline configuration of buried metal compensators should be checked to ensure they meet the design requirements.
4. For compensators with inner sleeves, attention should be paid to aligning the direction of the inner sleeve with the flow direction of the medium. The hinge rotation plane of hinge type compensators should be consistent with the displacement rotation plane.
5. Compensators that require cold tightening and auxiliary components used for pre deformation should be removed after the pipeline installation is completed.
6. After the installation of the piping system is completed, the yellow auxiliary positioning components and fasteners used for installation and transportation on the corrugated compensator should be removed as soon as possible, and the limiting device should be adjusted to the specified position according to the design requirements, so that the piping system has sufficient compensation capacity under environmental conditions.
7. After the water pressure test is completed, the accumulated water in the wave shell should be drained as soon as possible and the inner surface of the wave shell should be quickly blown dry.
Instructions for use: Directly buried compensators are mainly suitable for axial compensation and have strong bending resistance, so the impact of pipeline sinking is not considered. The directly buried corrugated compensation shell and guide sleeve protection achieve free expansion compensation, and other performance is the same as ordinary corrugated compensators.
8. All moving components of buried metal compensators shall not be stuck or restricted by external components, and the normal operation of each moving part shall be ensured.
